To reach I-4 I can work harder in my Spanish 3 class. I could do all my work above my teachers expectations and my own expectations. I can continue to immerse myself in the Spanish culture through classwork and blog activities. What I'm doing now to achieve I-4 is doing my work to the best of my ability. I am working hard and speaking/reading Spanish many times throughout my day.
In order to reach I-H I will have to concentrate better and focus more on understanding the language. I'm going to need to learn more vocabulary to further my speaking and writing skills. In quarter 3 I learned a lot of vocabulary. However, I wasn't as focused as I would have liked to have been. Moving forward, I will concentrate more and stay on top of my work so that i will be able to understand someone speaking in Spanish, respond to them appropriately, write about a variety of topics, and read many cuentos.
For Q4 I hope to learn more about my groups target language country, Colombia. In particulary, I would like to learn about the different types of food they eat and how its related to their culture. I would love to learn more about the cultural differences between Colombia and EEUU and how what happened in our past affected those differences. On tope of that I would like to learn about the social distinguishes of the people that live there and their everyday lives.
